Saturday was quite a day - I got a little bit of writing and some laundry done in the morning, plus shopping, before heading off to the Park for dancing. Was expecting D, W&G and V&A as Helmut's feet were too sore from last week's march. V didn't make it, she'd had a hotwater flood in her printmaking workshop and had to do some emergency clean-up. Still, we did good. Now pretty confident about 'Nonesuch' and 'Black Nag', although the recorded music I have is too short for the first and too long for the latter. Have to talk to the musos.
Keith the Scot came to dinner & stayed the night. He's just co-edited a collection of short stories, called "cOck" & he gave me a free copy. It looks good - I'll say more when I've finished reading it. We talked writing & publishing & he said I should write original stuff (well, I might, but Pros is such fun, y'know).
I made the chicken, potatoes & olives dish from 'Gondola on the Murray', which was very nice. L&D&E dropped by after a dinner out & brought red wine and Kahlua. All gone now :-) As a matter of fact, all the beer is gone as well - how did that happen?
All Blacks won the Bledisloe. L enjoyed pictures of French Rugby players :-)
